Account and data deletion request

You can request deletion without signing in. Send the request from the email address connected to your Vehicue account so ownership can be verified.

How to request deletion

Select the button below or email support@vehicueapp.com.
Use the subject “Vehicue account deletion request.”
Include the email address registered to the account and state whether you want the entire account deleted or only specified data.
Respond to any ownership-verification message. Never send your password.

After verification, Vehicue will delete the Firebase sign-in account and associated profile data under its control, including saved vehicle details, diagnostic records, repair conversations, and uploaded repair photos, except where retention is described below.

Data that may be retained

Completed service records or transaction-related records already shared with a repair shop may be retained when reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, warranty support, dispute resolution, or the shop’s legitimate recordkeeping obligations. Limited backup copies and security logs may remain temporarily until routine deletion cycles complete.

Timing

Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days. Vehicue will confirm completion or explain any limited data that must be retained.
