Better decisions start before the wrench turns.
Vehicue helps drivers organize symptoms, understand possible causes, compare next steps, and stay connected with repair shops through customer-approved access.
Built for the driver and the people doing the repair.
Vehicue bridges the gap between noticing a problem and completing the service visit—without allowing a VIN to expose an account.
For drivers
Get organized before you purchase a part, visit a shop, or approve a repair.
- Compile possible causes from symptoms and codes
- Review safety warnings and diagnostic checks
- Compare parts sources and repair videos
- Track vehicles, maintenance, and service history
- Approve shop access, estimates, and repairs
For repair shops
Create a clearer, documented service experience while respecting customer privacy.
- Identify vehicles without exposing owners
- Request only the information needed for a visit
- Send estimates, messages, and status updates
- Track work across multiple shop devices
- Create a final service receipt and history record
A service workflow everyone can follow.
Each stage keeps the vehicle, decision, and communication connected to the correct service visit.
Describe the concern
The driver records the vehicle, symptoms, codes, warning lights, and relevant history.
Request access
The shop creates a temporary request showing exactly what information it needs.
Approve and communicate
The customer approves access, reviews the estimate, and receives repair updates.
Close the visit
The completed work, cost, warranty, and receipt become part of the service record.
Vehicle guidance should never replace immediate safety.
Vehicue provides educational possibilities and organized next steps. It cannot physically inspect a vehicle or confirm a diagnosis.
Stop driving
Brake failure, smoke, fire, strong fuel odor, severe vibration, overheating, and oil-pressure warnings require immediate caution.
Use qualified help
Repairs involving safety systems, high voltage, fuel, lifting, or internal engine work may require trained professionals and proper equipment.
Emergency situations
Vehicue is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services for a crash, fire, medical emergency, or immediate roadway danger.
Before you begin.
Vehicue is currently being prepared for broader mobile-store testing.
Does Vehicue provide a confirmed diagnosis?
No. It organizes likely possibilities and useful checks based on the information entered. A qualified inspection may still be required.
Can a shop find my account with my VIN?
No. A VIN identifies the vehicle only. The customer must explicitly approve a temporary service request before account information is shared.
Can I use Vehicue without a repair shop?
Yes. Drivers can use the vehicle tools, garage, diagnostic history, maintenance features, parts searches, and repair-video searches independently.
Is Vehicue available in the app stores?
Android release preparation and Apple preparation are underway. The web app can currently be opened in a supported browser and added to a device home screen.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Signed-in users can permanently delete their account and associated cloud records from the account panel.
